A legend in the komiks industry, Francisco V. Coching (1919- 1998) is recognized as the Dean of Philippine Illustration having produced over 63 komiks titles with 51 film adaptations. ABOUT F.V. COCHING: KOMIKS AT KULTURA: F. V. Coching, Komiks at Kultura, was a tribute to one of the most prolific figures in Filipino komiks’ golden age. The show kicked off the celebration of National Artist Francisco V. Coching’s 100th year, and was on show from October 30, 2018 to February 3, 2019.
